    What Are Adverbs of Manner?

    Most adverbs of manner are formed by adding -ly to the adjective.

    Adjectives ending in -y: change y to i then add -ly (happy → happily). Adjectives ending in -le: drop e and add -y (gentle → gently).

    'Good' is an adjective. Use 'well' as adverb.
